Nexus Studio App

Nexus is an internal productivity tool for studio staff. It is provided
by Creator Dock and is intended exclusively for our employees. The app
brings together the three things our team needs every day: a chat to
coordinate work, a task list to know what is on the agenda, and a time
tracker for accurate payroll.

WHO THIS APP IS FOR
This app is for our internal team. Accounts are created for staff by an
administrator. There is no public sign-up. If you are not part of our
studio you will not be able to use this app even if you install it.

CHAT
• Direct messages between coworkers.
• Group channels organised by team or topic.
• Image, video, and document sharing inside conversations.
• Quick reactions and message threading.
• Per-conversation notification preferences (mute, mentions only, all).
• Read receipts and typing indicators within your team.
• Translation between English, Spanish, and Romanian for messages
between teammates who use different languages day to day.

TASKS AND TIME TRACKING
• A daily task list grouped by category.
• One-tap start and stop for time entries against a task.
• Per-day summary of how much time was spent on each task and category.
• Notes against tasks and against your day.
• Optional reminders to confirm what you are currently working on.

NOTIFICATIONS
• Real-time push notifications for new chat messages, task assignments,
and important studio announcements.
• Per-channel notification controls so you decide what wakes you and
what does not.
• Lock-screen and heads-up notifications for urgent messages, with the
option to silence them in your phone’s do-not-disturb mode.

ABOUT YOUR DATA
We respect your data. Nexus does not include third-party advertising,
trackers, or analytics SDKs. Your messages and task records are visible
only to other authorised employees of the studio. The only outside
service we use is Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, which is what
delivers the notifications themselves. The full privacy policy is
available at https://y.vrvod.stream/privacy.

ACCOUNT DELETION
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any
time by emailing [email protected] from the email address linked to
your account, or by tapping the "Email us to delete my account" link
inside the app on the About page or on the sign-in screen. We action
deletion requests within seven business days.

LANGUAGE SUPPORT
The interface is available in English, Spanish, and Romanian. You can
switch language at any time from the top of the screen.

DEVICE REQUIREMENTS
Android 13 or later is recommended. The app is intended for adults
(18 years or older) employed by our studio.
