VIPClean: Cleaning Business

Still running your cleaning business on text messages, paper and memory? VIPClean puts your jobs, crews, clients and money in one app — so you always know who is where, what got done and how much you made.

Built for residential cleaning companies and maid services, and available in English, Spanish and Portuguese, so the owner and every crew member can use it in their own language.

FOR OWNERS
• Clients and houses: address, phone, price and cleaning rules for each home
• Scheduling: one-time or recurring jobs, assigned to the right crew
• Daily routes: line up a crew's houses for the day with times calculated in sequence
• Real-time status: en route, arrived, cleaning, completed
• Before and after photos for every job
• Finances: record payments and expenses and see your profit by period, with PDF reports
• Mileage: estimate trip mileage between jobs and export organized PDF reports for your business records and tax preparation
• Reports per employee: jobs completed and time spent

FOR CREW LEADERS
• See the day's jobs and update each status with one tap
• Team messages and push notifications
• Location is captured only when the crew starts the route, arrives and completes the job — never continuously
