Fleymo – för taxiflottan

Fleymo is the app for Swedish taxi companies that want to have full control over their cars, their staff and their daily work – without pieces of paper and loose threads.

YOU, THE OWNER OF THE TRANSPORTATION
• Download your entire fleet directly from the vehicle register with the organization number
• See inspection, vehicle tax, taximeter inspection and service for each car – with reminders in good time
• Book an inspection directly: nearby stations with address and phone number, and booked times are clearly visible to everyone
• Follow the cleaning per driver and car – who keeps the cars nice, and who needs a call?
• Cost control, receipts and expenses collected per car and month
• Write employment contracts directly in the app – saved and can be printed
• Vacation planning with applications, overview and overlap warnings

YOUR DRIVERS
• Choose a car at the start of the shift and check in the day's cleaning – with a photo if you want
• Daily safety check with the car's equipment and where it is located – fire extinguisher, reflective vest, first aid
• Damage report with photos that reach the owner and mechanic directly
• Messages within the company – the right information to the right people

YOUR MECHANIC
• Own view with today's jobs, open damages and upcoming workshop jobs
• Updates service, taximeter and tires directly on the car
• Marks jobs as completed – drivers receive automatic notifications

TYRES & SEASON
• Tire inventory by dimension and season – see which tires fit which cars
• Log tire changes and keep track of what is in stock

SAFE AND PRIVATE
• Every haulage company is completely separated – no company can see another’s data
• No location tracking, no advertising, no data resold
• One license per corporate ID

Fleymo is built in Norrbotten, by taxi people, for taxi people. Ready to roll.
