Wings

The official app of The Wings Cluster of Schools, for the parents and guardians of enrolled students.

An account is required. Accounts are issued by the school office — you cannot register in the app. If you have not received your login, please contact the office.

WHAT YOU CAN SEE

• Attendance — your child's record for the year, month by month, with a clear figure and a warning if it falls below the level required for examinations.
• Homework and daily diary — arranged by subject, so you can see at a glance what is outstanding in each one and how soon it is due.
• Homework record — how much of the work set has actually been handed in.
• Ask the teacher — a question about a particular piece of homework, answered by the teacher who set it.
• Results — examination results as they are published.
• Fees — balance, payment history and receipts.
• Notices, events and the weekly timetable.
• Several children on one phone — switch between them without signing out.

Notifications tell you when something concerns your child — an absence, a new piece of homework, a published result, or a reply from a teacher. Each type can be turned off in the app.

The app works on a poor connection. Screens show what they last knew immediately and refresh behind it, so it remains usable on 2G.
