drafts

drafts — share your story, your way.

drafts is a social space built in Africa, for Africa. It's the first home from CECILIA AFRICA: a place we own, where our voices, our humour, our arguments and our everyday moments live on our own terms — not squeezed through platforms built somewhere else, for someone else.
Post a thought. Share a photo or a video. Drop a voice note. Start a conversation and let it run. drafts is quiet where it should be quiet and loud where it should be loud — no algorithm shouting for your attention, no feed engineered to keep you angry. Just people, stories, and the room to be yourself.

WHAT YOU CAN DO ON DRAFTS
• Post "drafts" — quick thoughts, long reflections, photos and videos
• Reply, quote and repost to keep the conversation moving
• Message privately with photos, GIFs and voice notes
• Join communities built around the things you actually care about
• Follow the people whose stories you don't want to miss
• Bookmark what matters and come back to it later
• Make it yours — light, dark, and a few moods in between

BUILT DIFFERENT
Your feed isn't a slot machine. drafts is designed to feel human — you see the people you follow and the conversations you choose, without the noise. Your messages stay private. Your space stays yours.

WHY DRAFTS
For too long our stories have been told for us, or not told at all. drafts is a step toward telling them ourselves — an African-owned platform where the culture isn't a trend to be mined; it's home. We're starting in Rwanda and growing across the continent, one honest conversation at a time.

This is day one. Come help us build it.
