Wanderat: Korea, with a local

The Korea you'd see if you lived here.

Wanderat is a few hours in Korea with someone who calls it home. A Wander is a small slice of a local's everyday life: the alley where they get their morning coffee, the market stall they've been going to for years, the table they take their friends to. One host and a small group, usually two to four guests.

NO SCRIPT
No flags, no headsets, no fixed route. Just someone's actual day, and a seat at it.

BUILT BY LOCALS
Every Wander is planned by the host who lives it. Browse by neighbourhood, time of day or what you're into, on a list or a map.

TELL US YOUR DATES
No open date that works? Tell us when you'd like to go. Hosts open dates around traveller interest, and when yours opens, you get first pick.

KNOW WHO YOU'LL MEET
Every host is verified by Wanderat. See who they are, what they love about their neighbourhood and which language they host in, then chat with your host and group before you meet.

SIMPLE, UPFRONT PAYMENT
See the full price before you book. Pay a booking fee when you book, and the rest to your host through PayPal before the day. On the day, everyone pays for their own things, and if your host covers the table, the app shows your share.

KEEP IT
Save the Wanders you'd come back for, and keep track of the dates you're waiting on.

Book in your own currency — Korean won, Japanese yen or US dollars.

FOR HOSTS
Share the Korea you actually live in. Set your own dates, group size and price, and host sessions of a few hours. Booking requests, schedule and messages all live in the app.
