CircleUp

CircleUp replaces the in-person shift standup with short async video plus role-aware Q&A.

Managers record a quick video briefing. CircleUp transcribes it and, together with the files you upload (today's specials, the employee handbook, a new policy), lets every employee ask exactly what concerns them — and get an answer grounded in what you actually said.

• Record once, brief everyone — no meeting to schedule • Auto-captioned video, watchable on a break • AI answers grounded only in your briefing and files (no made-up answers) • Role-aware: each person sees and asks about what's relevant to them • Low-confidence questions escalate straight to the manager

Built for restaurants and shift-based hourly teams; works just as well for office teams replacing recurring all-hands.
