Purl.

Purl is a calm, private companion for knitters and crocheters. Everything lives
on your device, with no account, no sign-up, and no ads.

PROJECTS
• Track what you're making, from planned to finished.
• A visual timeline of your projects over time.
• Add progress photos with notes, and record the gauge you actually got.

YARN STASH
• Log your yarn with color, dye lot, weight, fiber, and gauge.
• See your totals: meters, grams, and even the value of your stash.
• Scan a barcode to fill in the details automatically.
• Sort and filter to find the right yarn, and match yarn to a pattern.

PATTERNS
• Keep your own written patterns and imported PDFs in one library.
• Open PDF patterns, even very big ones, and pinch to zoom, fully offline.
• Draw, highlight, add sticky notes, drop bookmarks, and pin a chart key.
• Row counters and a chart stitch tracker built for following along.

HANDY TOOLS
• Quick standalone counters for anything you need to count.
• A craft calculator: gauge, resizing, even shaping, skeins needed.
• A knit and crochet terminology glossary in Norwegian and English.

MADE TO FEEL RIGHT
• Norwegian and English throughout.
• Light and dark mode.
• A two-pane layout on iPad and larger screens.
• Backup and restore everything to a single file.
