EDAN

EDAN (Damage Assessment and Needs Analysis) is the official tool used by the municipal manager (UGR) to register and report adverse weather events: floods, flash floods, landslides, frosts, hailstorms, droughts, and fires.

It works offline. In remote areas without signal, you can complete the EDAN form with photographic evidence and GPS coordinates. When the connection is restored, the data is automatically synchronized with the server.

What can you do?

• Register the complete EDAN form by section: affected population, health, infrastructure, basic services, education, housing, agriculture, protection, and humanitarian needs.

• Automatically synchronize your reports and your municipality's history when you log in.

• Receive and confirm event reports for the municipality (Reports tab).

• Consult the EDAN Guide step by step, with a checklist and examples for each section. • Ask the AI ​​Assistant how to complete the EDAN or about current regulations (EDAN Guide, Law 602, DS 2342).

• Download and open the library of official documents in PDF format.

• Track the status of each EDAN: draft, submitted, approved, rejected, or closed.
