Hiro Live

Hiro Live is the merchant app for laundry outlet operators running on the Hiro
platform. It's your window into every outlet — see exactly what's happening on
the floor without calling support.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• See your sales in real time
Track today's takings as they happen, and browse your full sales history for
every outlet. No spreadsheets, no waiting for a report.

• Monitor every machine
Check the live status of each washer and dryer — idle or in use — so you
always know how busy your outlet is and which machines are working.

• Start a machine remotely
Activate a wash cycle straight from the app when a customer needs a hand —
no need to be standing at the machine.

• Understand your business with reports
- Sales trends over time (day, week, month)
- Per-machine utilisation — spot under- and over-used units
- Peak-hour analysis — see when demand is highest
- Payout and balance records — track what you've been paid and what's pending

• Manage multiple outlets from one login
Run more than one outlet? Switch between them in the same account — no
separate logins to juggle.

• Secure operator sign-in
Log in with your Hiro operator account and OTP verification. You only see the
outlets you're authorised to manage.

WHY OPERATORS USE IT
Hiro Live shifts routine monitoring to self-service. Instead of messaging
support to ask "how are my machines doing?" or "what did I take today?", the
answer is already in your pocket — live.

Hiro Live is for registered Hiro merchants and outlet operators. You'll need a
Hiro operator account to sign in. The app connects securely to the Hiro
platform that powers your machines, payments and payouts.
