PowerZeta

With the PowerZeta app, your Customer Area is always at your fingertips: view your bills, monitor your consumption, and contact support with just a few taps, without having to call or visit the website.

YOUR BILLS, ALWAYS AVAILABLE
View all your bills, including amount, period, and due date. Download the PDF whenever you need to keep it or forward it. Filter your history by year and see your total at a glance.

KEEP YOUR CONSUMPTION UNDER CONTROL
The trend graph shows you how much you've consumed period by period, and how much it has changed compared to the previous period. If your contract includes time slots, you can also see the breakdown between F1, F2, and F3.

ALL YOUR SUPPLIES IN ONE APP
Do you have more than one supply? Switch between them from the top menu, and each screen updates with the data for that particular supply. In the supply tab, you'll find the POD, contracted power, user type, and billing cycle, explained in simple terms.

ZEPY, YOUR ASSISTANT
Zepy answers the most frequently asked questions directly in the app: how much you owe, how much you've used, what your POD is, and when your next bill is due. And when you need assistance, it puts you in touch with support the way you prefer.

ASSISTANCE AT YOUR TOUCH
Phone, email, and location: choose your preferred channel. One touch and the call is placed or a message opens, with your contact information already filled in.

LIGHT OR DARK, AS YOU PREFER
The app adapts to your taste and the lighting environment, with two themes to choose from at any time.

SIMPLE AND SECURE ACCESS
Register with your tax code and receive a verification code via email to the address listed in your personal information: so only you can access your data. Your credentials are protected and the connection is always encrypted.
