Tasnet Spot

Spot is the companion app for setting up and managing your Spot devices.

A Spot device sits in your shop, cafe or office and shows how busy the place
is. This app is the remote control: setup, configuration, device status and
clear reports.

Set up in minutes
Take the device out of the box, open the app and follow the prompts. The app
finds the device nearby, hands it your network details and links it to your
account. No router settings, no wiring.

All your venues in one place
Every device on one screen: where it is installed, which ones are connected,
when each was last in touch. Several rooms, branches or entrances — switch
between them with one tap.

Reports that make sense
• how many people came in today, this week, this month
• how many walked past and what share of them came in
• busy hours and quiet hours
• how long people stay inside
• how footfall changes across the days of the week

No spreadsheets, no jargon: numbers and charts that tell you when to add staff
to a shift, when to open, and whether a promotion worked.

Tune it to your venue
Decide who counts as a visitor and who is just passing by — by how long they
stay and how close they get. Settings apply per device.

What Spot sees
The device records no video and no audio. It collects no personal data about
visitors and does not tell individual people apart — the app shows anonymous,
aggregated numbers only: how many people, and when.

Who it is for
Cafes and restaurants, shops and malls, pharmacies, salons, gyms, showrooms, office buildings — anywhere footfall matters.

A Spot device is required. The app does nothing without one.
