Qount Firm

Stay on top of your firm's work without being tied to your desk. The Qount Firm Mobile App gives CPA firm staff — partners, managers, senior associates, and staff accountants — secure, focused access to the workflows that matter most while you're away from the office.
SECURE SIGN-IN, YOUR WAY — Sign in with email/password or your firm's SSO (Google, Azure, Okta). Add MFA (authenticator, SMS, email) and enable Touch ID/Face ID for fast, secure access.
KNOW WHAT NEEDS YOUR ATTENTION — Home surfaces unread conversations, tasks due today, an active timer, and recently viewed clients/documents at a glance.
STAY IN THE CONVERSATION — View/reply to client and internal conversations, and send new portal messages with contacts and staff pre-filled.
TRACK YOUR TIME, EFFORTLESSLY — Start/stop timers in-app or from a push notification; syncs with web in seconds.
FIND CLIENTS AND DOCUMENTS FAST — Search your directory, view client details/notes/tasks, and securely preview documents with firm-controlled screenshot protection.
CAPTURE THOUGHTS ON THE GO — Personal Scratchpad and client-specific notes, synced automatically.
BUILT FOR CPA FIRMS — Every screen respects your firm's access permissions.
