RBook

RBook is the reservation system for restaurants that want to stay in control. Free, commission-free, and commitment-free. Your customers and your data remain yours, and no one charges you for your reservations.

All services in one place:

• Daily reservations. Your reservations up to the minute. Confirm, reschedule, or cancel in a snap, even during the busiest times.

• Floor plan. Your tables just like in your actual dining room. Drag and drop a reservation onto it and see real-time occupancy.

• Online booking. A widget to add to your website. Your customers book whenever they want, and everything goes directly into the reservation system.

• Your mini-website. A reservation page with your name, without any coding required.

• Your customers. History, habits, allergies, regulars. A polished welcome without the Excel spreadsheet.

• No-show protection. Optional credit card authorization, charged only if the customer doesn't show up. No more empty tables for no reason.

• Notifications. A reservation comes in, and you're notified on your phone instantly.

Making a reservation shouldn't cost you a fortune. Others take a commission on every cover and lock you in for a year. RBook does the opposite: the essentials are free, the rest is a fixed subscription. Never per cover.

RBook is made in partnership with restaurant owners. Install the app and take back control.
