Jay is the assistant for salespeople who never get round to filling in their CRM.

You have just left a meeting. You say what was discussed, walking or driving. Jay listens, understands, and writes straight into your CRM: the contact, the company, the meeting note, the follow-up task, the deal and its value. You never open your CRM, you type nothing, and the information is there all the same.

WHAT JAY DOES FOR YOU

It writes into your CRM what you tell it. A contact that does not exist yet is created, one already there is completed rather than duplicated.

It records your meetings and gives you the write-up, with what was covered and what is left to do.

It briefs you before a meeting: who you are seeing, what your CRM says about that company, what you promised to do last time.

It reads photographed business cards and creates the matching record.

It reminds you of the actions you promised and nobody has done.

YOUR CRM, NOT OURS

Jay is not a CRM and does not try to replace one. It writes into yours: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Odoo, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Teamleader, or your own tool through a webhook. Your data stays where your team already works.
