Elork — CRM artisan

Elork is the mobile application for the Elork CRM, designed for tradespeople and their teams in the plumbing, heating, electrical, and locksmithing sectors.

GETTING STARTED
• Create your account and company profile within the app: your company is automatically identified by its SIRET number, you select your services, and then configure your billing settings.
• 30-day free trial, no credit card required.
• Your technicians then receive their own access credentials, which you create.

ON THE WORKSITE
• Technician's daily schedule, job by job
• Daily, 3-day, weekly, or monthly scheduling, with a color-coded system for each technician
• Complete profile: contact information, floor, access code, and access instructions
• Call the client or initiate directions with a simple gesture
• Site photos added directly to the job
• Job marked as complete: the manager is notified immediately

QUOTES AND INVOICES
• Quotes and invoices created on-site, with line items taken from the catalog
• Prices can be entered excluding or including tax; calculations and numbering are handled by the server
• Client's signature is required, including legal notices regarding urgency and waiver of the right of withdrawal (articles L221-25 and L221-28)
• Official PDF, viewable and shareable
• Recorded receipts, credit notes, and tracked unpaid invoices
• One-touch customer follow-up from the invoice, follow-up history
