B12

B12 is the companion mobile app for the B12 ERP/CRM suite, designed for teams that need quick access to data and operations when they are not in the office.
The app connects users to the processes configured in B12 and provides mobile access to activities relevant to each role: time and attendance, requests and approvals, support tickets, documents, operational information, fleet and transport missions.
With B12 you can work more efficiently in the field:
• quickly record activities and work intervals;
• track operational tickets and requests;
• consult important documents and information;
• access data about fleet, vehicles and transport missions;
• use screens adapted to your role and permissions in B12.
B12 is intended for organizations that use the B12 ERP/CRM suite. An active account provided by your organization is required for authentication.
