Telo

Telo is the safer way to buy and sell tickets to concerts, sports, theater and festivals.

Every purchase is protected. When you buy, your payment is held securely and is only released to the seller after you have your tickets. If the tickets never arrive, you get your money back.

FOR BUYERS
• Browse real listings for real events — no account needed to look around
• See the seller's Trust Score, verification level and sale history before you buy
• Buy at a fixed price, make an offer, or bid in an auction
• Buy only the seats you need — many listings can be split
• Your payment is held in escrow until the tickets are in your hands
• Track every step of the handoff, from payment to delivery
• Message the seller directly inside the deal

FOR SELLERS
• List in minutes — paste the ticket link or let Telo's assistant help you fill in the details
• Every event is matched against official data, so buyers know the listing is real
• Choose a fixed price, accept offers, or run an auction
• Get paid straight to your bank account once the buyer receives the tickets
• Build a Trust Score that makes your next sale easier

BUILT ON TRUST
• Identity verification for sellers before their first listing goes live
• Ticket transfer proof, reviewed automatically
• Payments processed by Stripe — Telo never sees your card details
• A dispute process for when something goes wrong

Telo is a marketplace for fan-to-fan resale. Tickets are listed and transferred by other people, not by Telo, and Telo is not affiliated with any venue, promoter or primary ticketing company.
