Tempo: Calendar & Tasks

Tempo is a calendar and day planner that brings your appointments, tasks, contacts and birthdays together in one place. Tempo syncs everything between your Android phone and the web app on tempo.sortia.de, so a change on the phone shows up on your computer within seconds, without reloading.

YOUR DAY, AT A GLANCE
The main screen is today, zoomed to the hours around now. Overlapping appointments sit side by side, as in a desktop calendar. Switch between day, 2, 3, 5 or 7 days, week, 14 days, month and year. Each entry gets one of 13 colours; hold and drag an entry to move or copy it.

TASKS AND APPOINTMENTS TOGETHER
An appointment simply passes, a task gets ticked off. A task can belong to a day without a fixed hour, sit in the grid at an exact time, or wait in Someday with no date. A day task still open after its day also appears on today until you tick it off.

REMINDERS
One or more reminders per entry, from a few minutes to a few days before the start. The Android app sets them as exact alarms on the phone and sets them again after a restart.

ADD AN APPOINTMENT BY SPEAKING (TEMPO PRO)
Press the microphone and say "dentist tomorrow at nine for an hour": Tempo fills in title, date, time, duration, colour and reminder, ready to save. Recording starts only when you press the button; the audio goes to an AI service for transcription.

GROUPS AND TEMPLATES
Put several entries into one frame, for example a day at a conference. A locked group moves and copies as a whole, and when one entry gets longer, the following ones move along. A group can have its own reminder and address, and you save it as a group template to insert again later.

ADDRESSES
Give an entry or a group an address. While you type, Tempo suggests your own recent addresses and real addresses from OpenStreetMap; one tap opens the address in your maps app.

BIRTHDAYS
A timeline from January to December shows who has a birthday when, how old they turn and who is next. A small dot marks the day in the calendar, and Tempo can remind you on the day or the day before.

SHARE
Share an entry as an image in one of several designs or as short text, for example in WhatsApp, Telegram or by e-mail. Any view can be shared or printed as an image.

CONTACTS AND CHATS
Names, companies, e-mail addresses and notes, several numbers per person. From a contact you call, text, open WhatsApp or write an e-mail. An entry can carry people and links to WhatsApp, Telegram or Teams chats.

NOTES AND FILES
Attach notes, links, photos and files to any entry. Paste an image from the clipboard; the note gets a reference like [img 1].

REPEATS AND HOLIDAYS
Repeat daily, on workdays, weekly, monthly or yearly. Public holidays for the regions you choose, optional school holidays, and a year view.

LANGUAGES
English, German and Slovak, in the interface and in voice input.

Voice input and the other AI features belong to Tempo Pro. Tempo Pro is not generally available yet; you can register your interest in the app. Other individual features may become paid in the future.
