Zercano

Zercano connects people who need guidance with professionals who can help them, all through a single app.

As a client, you can explore categories, view each professional's profile and availability, send messages, choose a consultation time and duration, and manage your sessions. You can also request immediate assistance when a professional is available and continue the consultation via video call.

When a session requires payment, Zercano directs you to Mercado Pago and keeps you updated on the transaction status. From the app, you can view pending payments, reopen them, or cancel them as needed.

As a professional, you can create your profile, submit the required documentation for review, set your rates, maximum session duration, and availability, chat with clients, and manage requests and sessions. You can also connect your Mercado Pago account to receive payment for your services.

During video calls, you can control your microphone and camera, select compatible devices, and view your connection status. At the end of a session, both clients and professionals can complete the corresponding evaluation.
