Woggle: Scout Coordinator

Woggle is a Scout unit coordination app for packs, troops, dens, patrols, leaders, parents, guardians, and older youth members.

Bring event planning, household RSVPs, volunteer signups, unit messaging, rosters, and shared photo albums into one organized place without relying on scattered group texts and spreadsheets.

PLAN MEETINGS, CAMPOUTS, AND OUTINGS
Create events with dates, locations, notes, reminders, and linked photo albums. Families can see what is happening and what they need to do.

GET ACCURATE HOUSEHOLD RSVPS
Parents and guardians can respond for household members. Leaders see who is attending at a glance, with clearer household grouping.

FILL VOLUNTEER AND ITEM SIGNUPS
Add drivers, snacks, gear, service roles, or other needs to an event. Families can claim open spots without another spreadsheet.

KEEP UNIT COMMUNICATION ORGANIZED
Share announcements and updates in channels for the unit, dens, patrols, committees, or other authorized groups. Woggle is closed and invite-based, with no public feed or anonymous matching.

SHARE PHOTOS WITH YOUR UNIT
Create albums, connect them to events, and see recent album activity from Home. Notifications can open the right album or photo directly.

MANAGE ROSTERS AND HOUSEHOLDS
Invite families, manage unit members, connect guardians and youth, and organize roles and permissions around real unit structure.

BUILT FOR SCOUT COORDINATION
Woggle helps units keep plans, responses, assignments, and updates visible in one place. Role-aware access and guardian-connected youth accounts support safer, more transparent communication patterns.

Woggle is an independent coordination app for Scout units and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any national Scouting organization.
