myTime ESS

myTime ESS is the employee self-service app for people whose employer runs payroll on the myTime platform. It is free, and it uses the same account as the myTime website.

YOUR PAY, AT A GLANCE
Open the app and see your latest take-home pay, where the rest went (taxes, benefits, other deductions) and your year-to-date totals. Tap any paycheck for a clear summary, or open the full printed stub and save it as a PDF — it matches the stub your payroll department prints. Prefer to keep pay private on the home screen? Turn it off in Preferences.

PAYCHECK HISTORY
Every paycheck by year, including expense reimbursement checks.

DIRECT DEPOSIT
Enroll, change or stop direct deposit. The routing number is checked and the bank name shown before you submit, and you can snap a photo of a voided check.

BENEFITS ENROLLMENT
When you are eligible, enroll in or decline health, dental and vision coverage right in the app: add family members, compare plans and monthly rates, read the plan details and sign. The deadline stays on your home screen until you have answered.

TIME OFF
Tell payroll about a vacation or a day off in a minute — a single day or a range. Change or cancel it any time before it starts.

TAX DOCUMENTS
W-2 and 1095-C forms open in the app as soon as they are available.

MY TASKS AND NOTIFICATIONS
Enrollment deadlines, documents to acknowledge and account reminders, all on the home screen.

CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT IN THE APP
New to myTime? Register from the sign-in screen with your employee number — no computer needed. You can also delete your account from the app.

BUILT TO KEEP PAY PRIVATE
Two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app, text or email; fingerprint or face unlock; trusted devices you control; pay hidden in the app switcher; encryption in transit.

WHO IT IS FOR
myTime ESS is for employees of the employers that run payroll on the myTime platform, operated by Westedge Technical Services. Your employer sets up your payroll record; you create your sign-in in the app or on the myTime website. If your employer does not use myTime, the app will not have your information — ask your payroll department.
