About obleek: expense tracker
obleek turns your bank's payment notifications into transactions: tap to confirm, instead of typing.
Expenses, income, transfers, debts — your whole budget in one app. The feed groups entries by day, and each account's ledger shows the running balance after every entry.
▸ Automatic transaction detection
Turn on transaction detection and pick which banking apps obleek may watch. It picks out the amount, currency, merchant, and the last four digits of the card. You get a notification, tap it, check the details, and save.
obleek ships with the notification formats of 80+ banking and payment apps. Anything it doesn't recognize it parses on the device with Google's ML Kit. Notification text is never stored and never leaves your phone. The feature stays off until you turn it on, and you choose every app it watches.
▸ Cash, debit cards, credit cards, savings
Each account holds its own currency, so a euro card and a dollar savings account sit side by side. Transfers work between accounts in different currencies: send 1,000 USD from one account and receive 900 EUR in the other.
▸ 160+ currencies and 4 cryptocurrencies
Track money in any currency you hold, BTC, ETH, USDT, and USDC included. obleek converts them at up-to-date exchange rates, so every account and debt adds up to a single total in your main currency. A chart breaks that total down by currency.
▸ Debts per person, per currency
Log what you lent and what you borrowed. Every person has a running balance in each currency and the full history behind it.
▸ Recurring payments and plans
Rent, subscriptions, bills, salary: set it to repeat weekly, monthly, or yearly, and obleek either reminds you when a payment is due or posts it for you. Planned payments appear in the feed under Upcoming, so you can see what is still due this month before you spend. A daily reminder nudges you if you haven't logged anything.
▸ Monthly analytics and charts
The monthly analytics dashboard splits income and expenses by category, plots a calendar heatmap of your spending days, and charts six months of totals. Every chart redraws as you add or edit a transaction.
▸ Categories, tags, places, people
Nest subcategories, give each one an icon, and drag them into the order you think in. Label an expense with a tag, the place you spent the money, or the person it involves. Search brings any of it back by category, account, place, person, note, or tag.
▸ PIN and biometric lock
Lock obleek with a PIN or your fingerprint. While the lock is on, Android blocks screenshots and blanks the app's preview in the recent-apps list.
▸ Export
Write your history to a JSON file and import it on another device.
▸ Nine languages
English, Ukrainian, Polish, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Czech.
