Tuition Fees Record Tracker

Tuition Fees Record Tracker is the offline attendance register and fee ledger built for home tutors and small coaching classes in India. Keep an accurate tuition fees record for every student without a class code, a student app, or an internet connection.

Mark attendance in one tap per batch, then let the app compute what's actually due. Every fee plan is monthly by default, calculated in arrears, and supports part payments and refunds — so a cancelled admission with a refunded fee actually disappears from your books instead of haunting your dues total. Records are scoped by academic year, so last year's fees never bleed into this year's, and rolling over to a new year takes one tap.

Coaching fees due reminder messages are composed straight from your dues list and sent over WhatsApp — no typing out names and amounts by hand. The attendance register tuition workflow and the fee ledger live side by side, so you always know who came to class and who still owes.

Built for the home tuition manager who teaches from a kitchen table: no login, no ads before you've logged your first class, and it works with the network off. A monthly fee reminder goes out on your billing day, and dues are shown as one honest number — never zero when they shouldn't be. Back up to your own Google Drive whenever you have signal.

Free to start. An annual unlock adds unlimited batches, PDF reports, and backup for the price of a single tuition class.
