TinTin POS

TinTin POS (天天收銀) is the point-of-sale app for restaurants on the TinTin platform. It runs on your venue's Android till or tablet and keeps working through internet drop-outs, syncing automatically when the connection returns.

TAKE ORDERS FAST
• Floor plan with live table status, seating and transfers
• Menu grid with photos, categories, quick PLU codes and modifiers
• Dine-in, takeaway and delivery prices per item
• Sets, deals and 86 (sold out) that update every till instantly

KITCHEN PRINTING YOU CAN TRUST
• Sends each dish to the right kitchen or bar printer over your local network
• Shows exactly which dishes have printed and flags any that haven't, with a one-tap reprint

QR AND ONLINE ORDERING
• Patrons order from their phone at the table; orders print straight to the kitchen
• Online takeaway orders arrive on the till alongside counter orders

PAYMENTS AND END OF DAY
• Cash, EFTPOS terminal, split bills, discounts and surcharges
• Refunds and tender corrections kept separate so reports stay accurate
• Reports by trading day (e.g. 5am to 5am), not calendar day

MEMBERS AND STAFF
• Member cards, points and rewards
• Staff PIN sign-in, clock on/off and manager approval for voids and discounts

BILINGUAL BY DESIGN
• English and Traditional Chinese on screen, receipts and kitchen chits

TinTin POS requires a TinTin venue account. The till pairs with your venue using a pairing code from the TinTin admin portal. Learn more at tintinpos.com.
