Roamer: Your AI Trip Assistant

Roamer is your AI trip assistant — turning your booked trip into a simple, chat-first companion, set up for you by your travel advisor.

When your travel advisor books your trip, everything arrives in Roamer: your itinerary, hotels, flights, transfers, tours and vouchers — all in one place, ready when you need them. No more searching your inbox for a booking confirmation at the airport.

WHAT ROAMER DOES

• Your whole trip, at a glance
Your day-by-day itinerary and every booking, organised and easy to follow.

• Your documents, always ready
Vouchers, confirmations and travel documents in one Vault — available even offline at a desk or gate.

• Answers, any time
Ask Roamer about your trip in plain language — "What time's my pickup?", "Where's my hotel?", "When do I fly?" — and get answers whenever you need them.

• Ready for each day — and alert to changes
A clear view of what's coming so nothing catches you out — pickups, check-ins and the day's plans. If a booking changes, like a flight time, Roamer lets you know.

• Your travel advisor, close by
Roamer is your travel advisor's service, extended across your whole trip. Whenever you'd rather talk to a person, your travel advisor's contact is right there.

HOW IT WORKS
Roamer works with trips booked through participating travel advisors. Your travel advisor sets up your trip and invites you to Roamer — when you first sign in, everything's ready and waiting.

ABOUT
