Snake River Roasting Co.

The official Snake River Roasting Co. app for our Jackson, Wyoming cafe. Order ahead, skip the line, and have your coffee, breakfast, or lunch ready when you walk in.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Order ahead from the full SRRCo menu — espresso drinks, drip coffee, tea, breakfast, pastries, and lunch — with photos, search, and a Trending section.
• Customize any drink (size, milk, hot or iced, espresso shots, and more) and add a note for the barista.
• Save your favorite drinks with their exact options, set one as "my usual," and reorder in one tap.
• Build a bundle — a saved group of drinks, like an office run — and reorder the whole set at once.
• Schedule a pickup for minutes from now or days ahead.
• Set up a recurring "usual" that places itself automatically on the days and time you choose, paid with your saved card. Pause, skip, or resume anytime.
• Start a group order — share a short code, let everyone add their own drinks to one pickup, and choose who pays.
• Track your order from received to brewing to ready, with a notification when it's up.
• Browse your full order history, reorder past orders, and email yourself a receipt.
• Personalize your menu — drag to reorder items and categories, and hide sections you don't use.

LOCALS DISCOUNT
Live or work in Teton County, Wyoming or 83422 Idaho? Verify your residence once — upload a photo of a bill, lease, or ID for a quick staff review — and the locals discount applies automatically at checkout, no code needed. Healthcare, EMS, fire, police, military, veterans, and teachers can apply for a community-worker discount too.

CAFE REWARDS
Every visit counts. Climb five membership tiers — Pronghorn, Elk, Bison, Moose, and Grizzly — by visiting on more days, and regulars earn a percent-off-every-order bonus that grows with your tier and stacks on top of the locals discount. Rewards also include:
• Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend and redeem points for rewards.
• A free drink on your birthday.
• Monthly and yearly leaderboards, with account credit and free-drink prizes for top regulars.
• A monthly free drink for top-tier members to text to a friend.
• Perks like a priority lane, a free upsize, and free customizations.
• Freeze your tier while you travel, and refer a friend for a tier boost.
• "Your Year at SRRC" — a recap of your visits, top items, and best month.

GIFT CARDS & TREATS
• Send a friend coffee money by phone number — it lands in their app wallet to spend on anything.
• Scan a physical SRRCo gift card with your camera (or type the number) and use its balance on any order.
• Redeem a gift code from a text or email to add credit to your wallet.
• See your gift-card balances and pull up a scannable code to use at the register.
• Gift a free-drink token you already own, and view or cancel treats you've sent before they're claimed.

REFER A FRIEND
Share your personal referral code. When a new friend signs up and orders their first drink, you both get a free drink.

SECURE PAYMENTS
We use Square for everything payment-related, so your full card number never touches our servers. Save a card to Square's vault for fast reorders, enter a card at checkout, pay from your wallet balance, or apply a gift card. You can also add $1–$500 of credit to your account balance anytime.

Sign in with just your phone number and a texted code — no password to remember. Questions or a problem with an order? Report it right in the app and our Jackson team will follow up.
