RAFT: Food Label Scanner

Understand your food labels with RAFT: Food Label Scanner.

RAFT helps you make more informed food choices before you buy. Simply scan a product barcode to see a clear, easy-to-read overview of the food information behind the package.

Food labels can be difficult to understand. Ingredients, additives, nutrition values and technical terms are often written in small print and can take time to compare. RAFT brings this information together in one simple place.

With RAFT, you can:

• Scan food product barcodes
• Explore nutrition information, including sugar, salt, fat and saturated fat
• Identify food additives and E-numbers
• See a clearer view of less favorable and positive nutritional aspects
• Check product details before adding an item to your shopping basket
• Keep track of your scanned products in your history

RAFT is designed for everyday shoppers, families, food-conscious people and anyone who wants to better understand the products they buy.

The app does not tell you what to buy or label foods as simply “good” or “bad”. Instead, RAFT provides understandable information so you can make your own choices with more confidence.

RAFT stands for Read All Food Tags.

Product information is provided through public food databases, including Open Food Facts, together with RAFT’s structured additive information. Product details can vary or be incomplete. Always check the packaging for the latest ingredient, allergen and nutrition information.

RAFT is an informational tool and does not replace product labels, professional medical advice, dietary advice or treatment from a qualified health professional.

Scan the label. Understand the product. Choose with confidence.
