Spotlight - Athlete Recruiting

Spotlight is the recruiting platform for serious student-athletes and verified college coaches. Whether you're a high school athlete looking to be discovered or a recruiter searching for your next signing, Spotlight makes the connection.

FOR ATHLETES (AGE 13+):

- Build a professional athletic profile in minutes
- Upload short highlight clips (up to 30 seconds each) showing your skills
- Add your sport, stats, school, and social handles
- Get discovered by verified college and program recruiters
- Available in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
- Parent consent is required for athletes under 18 — we keep minors safe

FOR RECRUITERS:

- Browse verified athletes by sport, region, and age
- Watch real video clips of athletes in action
- Save athletes to your shortlist
- Contact athletes through legitimate channels — parent email for minors, public contact email for adults
- Verified recruiter status builds trust with athletes and families
- Free to use, no subscription fees

WHY SPOTLIGHT IS DIFFERENT:

✓ Verified recruiters only — we review every recruiter before they can browse athletes
✓ Built-in safety — parent oversight for minors, professional contact channels only
✓ Multi-language — English, Spanish (Español), Portuguese (Português Brasil)
✓ Privacy-first — we never sell your data and use industry-standard security
✓ Real video — see athletes in action, not just stats on a page
✓ Free for everyone — no subscriptions, no in-app purchases

DESIGNED FOR SAFETY:

Spotlight is built for athletes 13 and older. Athletes under 18 require parent consent, and all contact with minor athletes goes through the parent's email address on file. Recruiters cannot contact minor athletes directly through any other channel.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior. Every user can report concerns, and our team reviews reports within 24 hours.

OPEN TO ALL SPORTS:

Soccer, basketball, football, baseball, volleyball, track & field, swimming, tennis, lacrosse, wrestling, gymnastics, and more. If you play it, you can showcase it.

Spotlight is operated by Spotlight Recruit LLC, based in Florida, USA.
