Speedpack Express Driver

Speedpack Driver is the mobile application for authorized Speedpack Express drivers.

Drivers can receive and review job assignments, follow pickup and delivery workflows, submit ETAs, view route information, communicate with Dispatch, upload required delivery photos and proof of delivery, and complete assigned jobs.

When a driver chooses to go Online, the app uses precise background location to support live dispatch tracking, route coordination, arrival verification, pickup and delivery operations, and customer service updates. Going Offline stops Driver App location collection.

The app also supports operational notifications for new jobs, route updates, and Dispatch messages.

Speedpack Driver is intended for approved Speedpack Express drivers and requires an authorized account to sign in.
