Nine tools, all running locally on your phone:

• Merge — combine several PDFs into one
• Split — divide a document at the pages you choose
• Extract pages — build a new PDF from selected pages
• Delete pages — remove pages you do not need
• Reorder pages — rearrange the page order
• Rotate — turn pages 90°, 180° or 270°
• Images to PDF — convert JPG, PNG or WebP into a document
• Compress — reduce file size
• PDF information — page count, file size and document details

PRIVACY

SiPDF is built to work without a network connection.

• This version requests no Android system permissions
• No internet permission, so the app cannot send anything off your device
• No account and no sign-in
• This version contains no advertising or analytics SDKs
• Your documents are opened and processed on your device
• Files leave the app only when you choose to share, print or open them elsewhere

To open a document, SiPDF uses Android's own document picker. You choose the file or folder, and the app receives access only to what you selected — it cannot browse the rest of your storage.
