KINTAI: A time and attendance management app for construction and skilled worker teams.

From clocking in and out to creating attendance sheets and calculating manpower for each site, to submitting leave and expense applications, and totaling working hours, everything can be done with just a smartphone.

Say goodbye to paper attendance books, time cards, handwritten attendance registers, and fragmented management via Excel and LINE. Even teams of 2-20 employees, without an administrative staff, can manage attendance with just one person, the CEO.

■ Automatic Attendance Sheet Creation
Daily clock-ins automatically generate attendance sheets for each site and date. Even on days when employees work at multiple sites, manpower is calculated by apportioning the working hours. Output is available in PDF and Excel formats, making it directly usable for submission to general contractors or as the basis for regular/daily wage claims. No need to recreate handwritten attendance books or Excel spreadsheets.

■ Linking Sites and Vehicles to Clock-ins
A record is kept of who worked at which site and which vehicle was used. Since you can write down work details for each site, it can also serve as a work report. You can also check the work details of other members working at the same site. You can register photos of sites and vehicles, making them easily identifiable at a glance in the list.

■ Clock in even in sites without reception
You can clock in even in underground or mountainous areas where there is no signal, and it will be automatically sent when you return to the internet. You can cancel within 3 minutes of clocking in, so you can quickly correct any mistakes. There is no location information acquisition or facial recognition. Just press a button.

■ Working hours and 36 Agreement
The most troublesome part of attendance management, calculation, is automated. Monthly overtime and working hours are automatically calculated, and you will be notified with color coding when you are approaching the threshold. Nighttime hours are also calculated automatically. If you forget to clock out, it will automatically clock out at the set time. You can also record travel between sites (departure and arrival), and travel time can be included in working hours.

■ Application and approval also in the app
Paid leave, overtime/early start, expense reimbursement, and clock-in correction. The entire process, from application to approval, is completed within the app, and results are delivered via push notification. Approved information is directly reflected in attendance records.

■ Who is currently working?
The member list allows you to see at a glance "who is working and where right now." Site supervisors can also check this on their smartphones without returning to the office. Push notifications can be received every time someone clocks in or out. Members can be added via invitation links, and permissions (owner, administrator, member) can be set.

■ Directly transferable to payroll calculations
Monthly attendance records can be exported as worksheets in CSV, Excel, and PDF formats. The closing date can be freely set, such as the last day of the month or the 25th. It also supports the aggregation of labor costs (costs) per site. The same data can be exported from a computer.

In addition to Japanese, it supports English, Portuguese, Chinese, Vietnamese, and Thai. It automatically switches to the language of the device.
