Soybean, canola, sunflower, safflower, corn, cottonseed and grapeseed oil are high in polyunsaturated fat, or PUFA. They are in almost everything served in America and almost nobody prints the number on a menu. Tallow, ghee, butter, coconut oil and olive oil are what people switch to. This app makes the number visible so you can pick.
