秘書検定3級 一問一答 is an offline study app for the Japanese Secretary Kentei (秘書技能検定), grade 3. It contains 1,000 original practice questions, and every option carries its own explanation.

Across these categories the app covers 304 sub-topics: honorific and humble speech, telephone manner, visitor reception, seating order, complaint handling, meeting preparation, scheduling, business letter writing, document filing, and confidentiality.

Questions are drawn from ten years of sittings, 2016 to 2025, across all four seasons. You can filter by category and by year before starting a session.

EVERY OPTION EXPLAINED

A wrong answer is the most useful part of studying, so it is never left unexplained. For each question the app tells you why the correct option is correct, and gives a separate note for every incorrect option explaining what is wrong with it.

BILINGUAL THROUGHOUT

Every question, every option, every explanation and the whole interface are written in both Japanese and English. Tap "Show English" on any question to reveal the English text underneath the Japanese, and switch the interface language at any time from the Settings screen.

SIX WAYS TO STUDY

- One-by-one quiz (一問一答): answer a question and see the explanation straight away. Pick 10, 20, 30 or 50 questions per session, from all categories or only the ones you choose.
- Mock exam (模擬試験): the real format, 100 questions in 100 minutes with a countdown timer, scored against the 70% pass line.
- Review (復習): questions you answer correctly come back on a spaced schedule of 1, 3, 7 and 14 days, and the app shows what is due today. Answer wrongly and the question returns to the start of the schedule.
- Mistake book (間違いノート): every question you get wrong is collected automatically and stays there until you answer it correctly twice.
- Question bank (問題集): search all 1,000 questions by keyword in Japanese or English, filter by category, then select as many as you like and solve them as one set.
- Study log (学習記録): total answered, total correct, overall accuracy, your consecutive-day streak, your strongest and weakest category, and a per-category breakdown.

MADE FOR DAILY USE

- Fully offline. No internet connection is needed at any point, so you can study on a train, on a plane, or anywhere else.
- Question order and answer order are reshuffled every session, so you learn the answers rather than their positions.
- Your progress, review schedule and mistake book are saved on your device.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

The app collects no personal information and contains no advertising or analytics. Your study records are stored only on your own device, and you can erase them at any time from the Settings screen.
