RumboRide

RumboRide is the app for getting around your city. Request a ride from your phone, see the price before accepting, and a verified driver will pick you up wherever you are.

WHAT YOU CAN REQUEST

• Taxi — for you and up to four passengers.

• Motorcycle taxi — the fastest and most economical way to cross the city.

• Pickup — when you have luggage, merchandise, or are moving.

• Cargo motorcycle — for sending packages and parcels.

THE PRICE, BEFORE YOU GET IN

You see the full fare before confirming the trip. There are no surprises when you arrive: what we show you is what you pay.

Prices are calculated in US dollars and also shown in Venezuelan bolivars, at the official BCV exchange rate in effect that day, so you always see the actual amount you'll pay.

Nighttime fares are displayed on the screen before you confirm.

HOW YOU PAY

You pay with your in-app balance, and you can top up your balance via Mobile Payment from any Venezuelan bank. We calculate the amount in bolivars at the day's exchange rate; you simply confirm the transfer.

DESIGNED FOR CONFIDENTIAL SIGNALS HERE

If your signal drops mid-trip, the app won't crash: it saves what you were doing and automatically syncs it when the connection returns.

IT PICKS YOU UP WHERE YOU ARE

• Mark the exact location by dragging the pin on the map, without typing anything.

• Did someone send you the address via WhatsApp? Share it with RumboRide, and the app will recognize it as your pickup or drop-off location.

• Search for places in the city by name: bus terminals, plazas, hospitals, shopping centers.

SAFETY

• All drivers undergo identity and document verification before being able to accept rides.

• You see the name, photo, vehicle, and license plate of your driver.

• Emergency button with your trusted contacts, available throughout the trip.

• Complete trip history, including receipts.
