About Ridoze: Bike Tour & Group Ride

On a mountain road, the group splits itself.

The strong riders pull ahead on the climbs. Somebody stops for photos at the top of the pass. Two more are still behind the last switchback, out of sight and out of signal. By the time you reach the next town, half the bike tour is missing and nobody knows who is where.

Ridoze puts every rider back on one live map, so a mountain tour stays one group instead of four.

EVERYONE ON ONE MAP

Live GPS tracking shows each rider's position, speed and direction as they climb. It also shows their phone's battery, which matters far more on a mountain tour than it does in a city: cold drains batteries fast and the next charging point may be a hundred kilometres away. You will see a phone dying long before that rider disappears from the map.

Tracking keeps running with the screen off and the phone in a tank bag or a pocket.

WHEN SOMEONE DROPS OFF

Ridoze watches the gap between each rider and the planned route. If somebody falls behind on a climb or takes the wrong turn at a fork, the whole group is told straight away, not three valleys later.

THE SOS BUTTON

On a mountain road you are usually hours from help, so this is the feature that matters most. One tap sends your exact coordinates to everyone on the tour. The same screen puts your country's emergency numbers one tap away, including Rescue 911, Ambulance and Police, along with the emergency contact you saved.

Be clear about what this is: Ridoze alerts your group over the internet. It does not call rescue services for you. Read the note at the end.

WEATHER BEFORE YOU CLIMB

Mountain weather turns without warning. Ridoze shows the forecast for where you actually are on the home screen and again before a ride starts, so the decision to push on over the pass or wait it out is made with something better than a guess.

PLAN THE ROUTE FIRST

Search a destination, plan the full route before you leave, and follow navigation built around a group arriving together rather than one bike arriving first.

TALK WITHOUT STOPPING

Group chat with location sharing, and quick polls for deciding where to stop for the night. Start a group voice call and keep both hands on the bars.

GROUPS STAY PRIVATE

Every tour group needs an invite code to join. Leaders approve requests, promote co-leaders, and remove anyone who does not belong.

AFTER THE TOUR

Every ride is saved with distance, duration, average and top speed, and the route you actually took. Finish a ride in a new town and Ridoze adds it to your Adventure Passport, so a season of touring builds into a map of everywhere you have been.

SPLITTING FUEL AND FOOD

Log petrol, food, hotels and tolls as you go. Ridoze works out who owes whom across the whole tour and settles it in the fewest transfers, so nobody is doing arithmetic at the end of a long day.

PREMIUM

Removes ads, extends group voice calls and raises group size limits. Every part of group ride tracking and safety is free, and stays free.

ABOUT LOCATION

Ridoze uses background location so GPS tracking keeps working while you ride with your screen off. Location is collected only during an active group ride, shared only with the riders on that tour, and never sold or used for advertising. You can stop sharing at any time in Settings.

ONE HONEST WARNING

Ridoze is a coordination tool, not an emergency service. The SOS button alerts your group over the internet, and it needs a signal to do that. It does not contact police, ambulance or rescue services. In a real emergency, call your local emergency number first, and tell someone at home your route before you leave.
