Recovr

Recovr helps gym and fitness studio teams keep more of their clients

Built for owners, studio managers and trainers, the Recovr app puts your retention workflow in your pocket:

• Client health scores – see at a glance which members are at risk of cancelling, powered by attendance, package and engagement data synced from your booking system.
• Messaging inbox – read and reply to client conversations across SMS and WhatsApp without leaving the app.
• Follow-up tasks – work a prioritised list of who to reach out to today, so no at-risk member slips through the cracks.
• At-the-gym reminders – optional location alerts prompt you to check in with the right clients while they are on site.
• Push notifications – stay on top of new messages and important client activity in real time.

Recovr connects to leading gym management platforms and turns your member data into clear, actionable retention insights.

Recovr is a tool for fitness businesses to manage their own existing clients. A Recovr account is required to sign in.
