The official app of Mosque Arrabitha Al-Islamia in Amsterdam: prayer times, adhan notifications, the Quran, and the mosque's readings, always at hand. Free and ad-free.

The displayed prayer times are the times for our mosque (not calculated based on your location).

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

• Prayer times – the mosque's times, including the Hijri date.

• Adhan notification – a notification with sound and vibration for every prayer, even when the app is closed.

• Quran – the entire Quran in Arabic. The app remembers where you left off.

• Readings – all mosque readings, by language and speaker. New readings appear automatically.

• Messages – announcements and daily benefits from the mosque.

• Monthly overview – all prayer times for the month in one table.

• Qibla compass – the direction of the Kaaba, wherever you are. • Nearby mosques – handy on the go: the nearest mosques with directions.

Tip: swipe left or right in the app to switch between pages.

IMPORTANT FOR THE ADHAN NOTIFICATION
Android often puts apps to "sleep" in the background. Therefore, set this once:

Settings → Apps → Rabita → Battery → Unlimited, and turn off "Manage app when not in use".

PRIVACY
The app does not display advertisements and does not store personal data. Your location is only used for the Qibla compass (only on your phone) and for "Nearby Mosques" (look up via OpenStreetMap; nothing is stored).
