Pankeka

Pankeka is a real-life black Labrador. In the app, she's by your side on days when the world weighs you down.

Made for adults on the autism spectrum, with or without a diagnosis. Literal language, without infantilizing, without promising a cure.

ONE MISSION A DAY
One small, concrete thing, in three levels: easy, medium, or difficult. You choose, and switching costs nothing. A bad day doesn't break anything—Pankeka never gets angry.

SOCIAL TRAINING WITHOUT AN AUDIENCE
220 everyday situations in eleven themes: street, friends, work, college, family, phone, health, money and paperwork, noise and boundaries, when things go wrong, dating. Practice in private, make mistakes freely, skip whenever you want. Each situation leaves a short rule, to be used next time.

WHERE TO START
A short test tells you which theme to start with. No grades or percentiles: it's a simple count, and the result is yours alone.

HOW ARE YOU?
Mood and energy in two taps. PHQ-9 and GAD-7 whenever you want — these are screening questionnaires, they don't provide a diagnosis. Any sign of crisis opens the CVV 188, always visible.

SOS
Guided breathing first. Then, call your favorite person, the farm, the ball, cute animals.

FRIENDS WITHOUT PRESSURE
Invitation by code, mission in pairs, paw prints and ready-made messages. No chat, no access to your contacts, maximum ten friends.

YOUR DATA STAYS WITH YOU
The answers to the questionnaires, your mood and photos remain on your device. Nothing is sold, there are no ads, no registration.

Free, in Portuguese.

This app does not replace professional help. In crisis, call 188 (CVV), 24 hours, free call.
