Orbizek is the mobile app for securing and tracking export shipments with electronic locks, from the moment the container is filled at the farm until it reaches its destination.

One app, each role with its own operation. Orbizek recognizes your profile when you log in and shows you only what you need. If you have more than one role, you can switch between them without logging out.

• Exporter: Dashboard with the status of all your requests, distributed by status and periods of 7, 30, or 90 days.

• Farm Manager: Confirms cargo securing only when the lock reports a confirmed physical closure; if something goes wrong, you see the exact reason for the lock.

• Agent: Receives installation and removal assignments with origin, destination, time window, and SLA; validates the lock by scanning its QR code and uploads photographic evidence with date and location.

• Supervisor: Manages the lock pool in their yard, monitors availability and use, and manages replenishment requests.

Real-time telemetry
Check the lock status, battery level, connection status, last received signal, and container GPS location. Updates arrive live, without needing to refresh.

Evidence to back up every operation
Every installation and removal is documented with photos, time, and coordinates. Agent pre-registration keeps documentation up-to-date before operations.

Notifications when it matters
Push alerts for new assignments, pending remote openings, and status changes in your operations.

• Works with intermittent connectivity: your data remains available even without a signal and syncs when the network is restored.

• Fingerprint or facial recognition lock with a protected session in the device's secure storage.
