AR Tracing: Draw Anime

AR Tracing is a practical tool designed to help you learn how to draw by projecting images onto paper using your device camera. This application utilizes augmented reality technology to overlay reference pictures, text, and anime outlines onto your drawing surface, allowing you to trace lines and improve your hand-eye coordination.

Whether you are a beginner looking to practice basic shapes or someone who wants to sketch complex anime characters, this application provides a guided drawing experience. You can browse through a built-in library of reference images or import your own pictures from your device gallery. The art projector functionality ensures that the image remains fixed on your screen while you draw on your physical canvas.

The application includes multiple drawing modes to suit your workflow. You can use the AR Tracing camera mode to trace directly from the screen overlay, or switch to the freehand sketch screen to practice digital drawing without physical paper. The image opacity is fully adjustable, ensuring that you can see both the reference image and your pencil lines clearly.

If you want to practice typography and calligraphy, the text editing feature allows you to type custom words, select different fonts, and project them onto your paper. Furthermore, you can lock the screen to prevent accidental touches from shifting your reference image while you work. If you have a real photograph you want to draw, the built-in magic filter converts photos into clean, traceable pencil outlines.

As you progress, the application locally saves your drawing history and metadata, allowing you to revisit previous projects and track your artistic improvement over time. The interface is straightforward, focusing purely on providing the necessary tools to trace and sketch effectively.
