Ontraq

Ontraq is field-service operations without the chaos. Built in Australia for cleaning companies, trades, and mobile teams who are tired of juggling spreadsheets, group chats, and paper timesheets.

Whether you're a solo operator or running a team of 50, Ontraq gives you everything to run the operations side of your business on the road, on site, or at the kitchen table.

— FOR CONTRACTORS & MANAGERS —
• Schedule one-off and recurring jobs and assign them to your team
• See your whole day at a glance — today's jobs and who's on site right now
• Track GPS clock-ins and clock-outs at the correct address
• Watch your team's live position on a map while they're on shift
• Review proof-of-work photos and completed checklists
• Create and send client invoices, and run worker payslips
• Manage sites, team members, subcontractors, and pay/bill rates
• Get notified the moment a payslip is submitted or an invoice is paid

— FOR FIELD WORKERS —
• See the jobs assigned to you, today and upcoming
• Clock in and out at the job site with location verification
• Get a reminder to clock in when you arrive at a scheduled site
• Work through job checklists and capture before/after photos
• View clear payslips and submit extra-time requests

— BUILT FOR THE FIELD —
Location-verified clock-ins keep on-site attendance accurate. Background location is only ever checked against your own assigned sites for the day, and only to show an arrival reminder — never continuous tracking. Clear separation of what clients are billed vs what workers are paid.

— PRICING —
Field workers use Ontraq free. Contractor plans start from $29/month with a free trial; subscriptions are managed on ontraq.com.au. Cancel anytime.

Ontraq requires an account. Field workers are invited by their contractor.
