Notist - AI Notes & To-Do List

Notist is an AI notes app for everything you write down: work notes, journals, ideas, grocery lists, recipes and to-dos. Just ask, and the AI writes, tidies and organizes your notes for you.

Notes you never get back to. Notes you want to read properly later. Similar notes scattered everywhere. A separate app for groceries, another for recipes, another for to-dos. Notist takes all of it on.

- Any note, just by asking
• Create, add to, merge and find notes from a single chat
• The AI makes folders to fit your notes, files them and finds them again
• Ask it to look something up on the web and turn it into a note
• Attach a photo or a file, or just talk to it
• Point it at a folder and the AI works only inside that folder — you decide what it can see
• You can always write and edit by hand, too
• When signed in, the AI keeps working after you close the app and lets you know when it is done

- Groceries, pantry and recipes, handled
• Say "we need milk" and it is on your grocery list
• Recipes add the ingredients you are missing
• Checked items move to "Purchased" on their own, and what you cook comes off the pantry
• Optional reminders when you are near the store or on your shopping day
• Save recipes straight from the web

- To-dos, handled too
• Say "send the slides by tomorrow" and the AI turns it into a checklist note
• Just tick things off when they are done
• Works with your phone's calendar: "add a meeting on Friday at 10" adds the event, always after a confirmation
• When a note's deadline is coming up, the AI notices and lets you know

- Easy to read, hard to lose
• Comfortable text size and spacing
• New notes save as you type
• Nested folders and tags for searching across everything
• Notes live on your device, with automatic cloud sync when you sign in

- Made for you if you
• want to capture a thought and read it properly later
• never find time to sort out your notes
• want groceries, pantry, recipes and meal plans in one app
• want to keep to-dos and plans next to your notes
• would like help with journals, ideas and work notes too

Your notes are stored on your device. Nothing is sent to the AI unless you ask it to do something, and you are asked to agree before AI features are turned on. No ads.

Writing, organizing, folders, tags and voice input are free. AI chat comes with a free monthly allowance, and the Plus and Pro plans let you use more.
