NEO Gemba

Spotted a problem at the gemba? Speak. NEO Gemba does the rest.

NEO Gemba is the continuous-improvement app for people who live on the floor: press one button, say what you saw, and AI turns your observation into a structured opportunity — title, description, Lean category, waste type and severity. In seconds, right there in the aisle.

CAPTURE YOUR WAY
• Voice: record and watch the transcription become editable text instantly
• Photo: mark the problem up with pencil, arrows and captions
• Video: record or pick from the gallery, with built-in trimming
• Works offline — syncs when the network comes back

FROM RECORD TO RESOLUTION
• Full PDCA flow: Open → In progress → Resolved → Verified
• Assign owners with WhatsApp notifications
• Visual proof: before and after photos on every resolution
• The person who reported it confirms the fix worked — the loop only truly closes then

COLLABORATE WHERE THE WORK HAPPENS
• A discussion thread per opportunity, with audio, photos and video
• Real-time and push notifications
• Invite your team by WhatsApp or email

FOR MANAGERS
• Web dashboard with filters, reports and each record's full history
• Areas, company glossary and role-based permissions
• Every change logged on the timeline — auditable end to end

Built for factories and operations that take Lean seriously: gemba walks, kaizen, 5S and visual management — no paper, no spreadsheets.

Download it, say what you saw, and close the loop.
