About Motion Weather Plus
Motion Weather Plus helps riders and commuters check the weather they are moving into.
ROUTE WEATHER
Choose a destination and scooter, motorcycle, bicycle, or car mode. Check forecast conditions along your route, matched to expected arrival times. See likely rain, source agreement, and available weather evidence in Details. Open your destination in Google Maps for navigation.
WATCH RAIN AROUND YOU
Check the area around your current location without choosing a destination. Select a weather radius of 1, 3, 5, 10, or 20 km.
RIDE WATCH AND ALERTS
Start a watch before leaving to refresh route or nearby weather as you travel. Choose a rain-warning lead time of 1, 3, 5, 10, or 20 minutes. An Android foreground notification keeps the watch visible and provides a Stop action. Location and notification permissions support these features. You control when a watch starts and stops.
REGIONAL WEATHER EVIDENCE
Weather information uses available regional sources, including CWA in Taiwan, DWD through Bright Sky in Germany, NWS in the United States, ECCC radar in North America, and MET Norway. Availability and coverage vary by location and forecast horizon. Details shows which sources answered your check.
FREE CHECKS AND PLUS
Two successful weather checks are included each day. Optional monthly and annual Plus subscriptions unlock unlimited checks. Active-watch refreshes do not consume another daily check. Prices and renewal terms are shown in Google Play before purchase. Manage or cancel your subscription through Google Play. Purchases are specific to the store where you subscribe.
