Momasort: Kosher Recipe Box

The only recipe app built for a kosher kitchen. Meat, dairy and pareve are built in, not a tag you invent yourself - and so are Rosh Hashanah, Passover, Sukkot, Purim, Shavuot and Chanukah, with Shabbat candle-lighting times for your city. Photograph Grandma's handwritten card and it becomes a real recipe in seconds. Your family's cookbook, shared with up to 8 people, free for your first 100 recipes. No ads, ever.

How to add a recipe
• Photo - Photograph a handwritten or printed recipe, and the name, ingredients and steps fill themselves in.
• Recording - Record Grandma explaining how to make it, and get an organized recipe.
• Import from another app - Moving from Paprika or Mela? Upload its export file and your whole collection comes over, free and with no AI credits.
• Import from Social & Web - Import recipes directly from Instagram, TikTok, or most recipe websites.
• WhatsApp import - A whole recipe chat as a ZIP file, text and photos (paid plans).
• Paste - Paste text from a message or anywhere else, and it splits itself into ingredients and steps.
• Type - Just write it yourself, with no AI at all.

What's inside
• Shared family cookbook - Everyone in the family can view and add to the same book.
• Cooking mode - Large steps and one-tap timers taken from the recipe. Minimize it, cook several recipes at once, and return to the exact step you left.
• Shopping list - Add a recipe's ingredients with one tap; identical items merge into one line. Shared with the family or personal, and Siri can add to it or read it aloud.
• Weekly menu - Plan the week and send it all to your shopping list.
• Scale quantities - ×1.5, ×2 or ×3, and the ingredients update automatically.
• Printable recipe book - Design a book from your recipes and print it.
• Recipe groups - Share recipes with coworkers, cousins or neighbors. They stay separate from your family cookbook.
• Family Story - A photo of what you cooked, gone after 24 hours.
• "What do I have at home?" - Find recipes based on the ingredients you already have.
• Works offline - Add a recipe with no connection. It is saved on your phone and uploads by itself next time you are online.
• Download a backup - All your recipes in one file, any time, and you can bring it back in whenever you like.

Easy for every age
• Simple view - A clean screen with large, labelled buttons, for family members who find the full app too much. Switch back any time.
• Accessibility - Larger text, high contrast, and a full accessibility statement.

Hebrew & English
The app works in Hebrew, right to left, and in English. Switch at any time.
