Along Copilot

Along is a simple, local-first companion for the road.

Enter a place, address, or landmark and Along will open it in Apple Maps or Google Maps for current routing, traffic, ETA, and turn-by-turn guidance. You can also turn on a foreground live-speed display and ask the local Copilot about Along’s features, privacy, costs, and directions.

Along 1.0 does not require an account or subscription. It contains no ads and does not use a Michai Media cloud AI, analytics service, or paid map API.

Features:

• Destination handoff to your installed maps app
• Optional foreground GPS speed display
• Deterministic local Copilot answers
• On-device spoken responses
• One-tap removal of locally saved Along data
• Clear explanations of what is handled by Along and what is handled by your maps provider

Set destinations while parked. Along does not calculate routes or provide emergency, hazard, roadside-assistance, traffic, or safety-alert services.
