As an individual, you can join La Nef by becoming a saver with a Nef savings account (from €10, free and risk-free) or a fixed-term deposit account (from €5,000 invested for 1 to 7 years, free and risk-free) or by becoming a member with shares (3 shares of €30 minimum).
