Fleey Owner

Fleey Owner puts your transport business on your phone. It works with Fleey, the transport, fleet and delivery management system at fleey.kvcodes.com.

• Home: vehicles on trip, shipments moving and delayed, proofs to approve, the on-time rate, and what needs attention.
• Live map: where every truck is while its trip is on.
• Approvals: check each proof of delivery (photos, signature, quantities, cash collected) and approve it or send it back; approve or reject drivers' expenses.
• Assign loads: put waiting shipments on a truck and a driver. Fleey checks capacity, vehicle papers and licences before anything is committed.
• Orders: take a customer's order on the phone, confirm it and make it ready for a truck.
• Customers, vehicles and drivers: add them, with delivery addresses, vehicle papers and each driver's app PIN.
• Invoices: see what each customer owes and record payments, with TDS.
