• Additional refunds for staggered commuting extended until December — If you travel between 5:30–6:30 AM and 9–10 AM, or between 4–5 PM and 7–8 PM, you will receive a refund of 50% for general passengers, 60% for youth and seniors, and up to 83.3% for low-income earners.
• Standard fare for "Card for Everyone" returns to original amount — Starting in October, the standard fare for the Seoul Metropolitan Area General Type, which was half price until September, will revert to 62,000 won per month.
